The space
The Goulding Cottage was built by the Goulding family, only a couple of generations after their original pioneer ancestors settled Henrieville. The house was built more than 100 years ago. While we have made major renovations, it is still a very old farmhouse! The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and can accommodate 6 guests

Please Note: The upstairs loft and bedrooms are more suited to children as there is a lower ceiling. The loft has two bedrooms, 4 twin beds, a TV room with a couch and air matttress and can accommodate 6 guests.

Other features include an outdoor grill and fire pit, playground with swings, slide, climbing wall, playhouse, trampoline, hammock, and even farm animals to feed!

This is a very quiet neighborhood (except for all the animal sounds!) and we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors.
